I have no clue what it says....code maybe???  There are a few legible words in there like rugby, skids, dandy, sudsy, cain, clubs, tragic, fudge, tv, usher, Tibet, shield, shuddered, Dan, tab, jerk, rush, Ruth, and dicey.  Hmmmmmm.....real catches out there.
